Al joined Mother London in 2001. First as a writer and then a Creative Director, he has been involved in some of their best-known campaigns over the last decade. He has made his own mother proud.
He is now Creative Director of Mother's new entertainment division whose first project, 'Somers Town' - an award-winning feature created in partnership with Eurostar and British Director Shane Meadows - won best British film at the Edinburgh International film Festival in 2008. Its lead actors went on to win the best actor award at The TriBeCa Film Festival the same year.
He is currently overseeing the development of entertainment projects for Match.com, Stella Artois & Diet Coke as well as non-branded film, TV and publishing projects.
His first children's book, 'Operation Alphabet' will be published next year by Thames & Hudson.
