PREPARATION

TELEVISION AND FILM ENTRIES

• Broadcast entries must be submitted as a short film presentation no longer than 10 minutes. It should consist of highlights or short outtakes that give an overview of the concept and execution.
• A written synopsis no longer than 200 words should accompany the mini movie.

ONLINE GAMING ENTRIES

• Submit a 3-5 minute mini movie on a DVD or NTSC Beta Tape showing an overview of the site.
• Provide the URL into the field provided in the online entry system, along with all necessary Usernames and Passwords. If you cannot submit a URL, please submit a CD where applicable.

OFFLINE GAMING ENTRIES

• Submit a 3 -5 minute mini movie showing outtakes of how the product is incorporated into the game.
• The actual game should be submitted as backup material.

ONLINE BRANDED ENTERTAINMENT ENTRIES

• Submissions should run 10 minutes or under. If your entry exceeds the 10 minute time limit, please submit a shortened version highlighting the product integration for judging purposes.

MUSIC ENTRIES

• Submissions should run 3-5 minutes. If your entry exceeds the 5 minute time limit, please submit a shortened version highlighting the product integration for judging purposes.

EVENTS AND INSTALLATION ENTRIES

• For events, please submit a short film presentation highlighting product integration. The film presentation should not exceed 3 minutes.
• Installation entries should be submitted as hi-res digital images. Submit 3-5 images.
